As per its ethical and transparent business practices, Aspire Lessons Coaching Institute (A unit of RS Hightech Solution Pvt Ltd) has drafted a simple and effective Cancellation and Refund Policy, as follows:

  1. Your enrollment in any of our courses through our website www.aspirelessons.com or otherwise, shall be deemed to be confirmed only after you make payment for the same.
  2. The payment has to be made in advance through the payment system followed by this platform by any mode including Net Banking, Debit / Credit Card, Paytm, GooglePay, and other options as acceptable on this platform, or cash payable at our office and/or branches.
  3. Immediately upon receipt of your payment, an E-Receipt confirming your enrolment will be issued and sent to your registered E-mail Id.
  4. If any student decides to cancel his/her enrolment for any reason, he/she should immediately inform us by mail clearly citing the reason for cancellation. Phone calls, Whatsapp, or any other verbal communication in this regard shall not be entertained.
  5. No refund of Registration Fee shall be made as it goes towards administrative expenses incurred by the institute.
  6. For any Regular Course, other than Crash Course or Test Series, if a student leaves before commencement of classes due to any reason whatsoever, the fee other than Registration Fee will be refunded along with Post Dated Cheques (PDCs), if submitted. Please note that Registration Fee will not be refunded.
  7. For any Regular Course, other than Crash Course or Test Series, if a student leaves the course within one week of commencement of classes due to any reason whatsoever, the fee other than Registration Fee and Admission Fee plus GST will be refunded along with Post Dated Cheques (PDCs), if submitted. Please note that Registration Fee and Admission Fee will not be refunded un this case.
  8. If any student drops in-between the session and seeks refund, he/she will be refunded the amount on pro-rata calculations, which will be done on number of days basis. Conditions mentioned in Clause 7 above will apply in this case too.
  9. No refund of Fee paid for Admission cum Scholarship Test, Crash Course, or any other Test or Test Series announced from time to time, shall be made under any circumstances whatsoever.
  10. If any student avails benefit of additional concession/scholarship against one-time payment, and leaves the institute after few months because of any reason whatsoever, and applies for refund of Tuition Fee paid, he/she shall be refunded after calculating the amount from the date of commencement of course to the date of submission of withdrawal from the course on pro-rata basis.
  11. The date of commencement of the batch will be considered and not the date of joining the institute by the student. The date of submission of refund application will be considered and not the number of classes attended by the student or from the date the student stopped attending classes.
  12. Your refund amount will be credited to the account from which you made the payment within 7 working days of cancellation of your order.
